Study of the sustainable feeding and strategic management for pig and poultry production systems in the rural towns along the Pacific coast of Colombia. These communities are mainly of African and Indian origin and this activity represents an important element in their nutrition, home economy and culture. The present edition is based on the results of the study "Characterization of the pork production and identification of the vegetable species of potential use in the feeding of pigs in the Community Councils of Angostura y Playa de Oro" done by the author in 2001 sponsored by IIAP.
