Handsome catalogue of the exhibition that gathered 180 art pieces by Soriano (b. México 1922-2007) including 50 paintings and 20 of his voluptuous sculptures along drawings and other stage design material that represent an excellent option to review his diverse and vast artistic production. The exhibition starts with his earliest work, a self-portrait done when he was 14 years and covers the 3 artistic periods of his artistic life: the first he called figurative and was very close to the Mexican School of Painting, a second abstract period that started in 1954 and finally after the decade of the 1970's his art production developed into the "blue period" where the use of the color blue is almost absolute.
