The book compiles a series of recorded conversations between painter, architect and muralist O´Gorman (b. México 1905-1982) and his long time friend, art critic Antonio Luna Arroyo, dictated in 1970 and first published in 1973. Pioneer of the functionalist architecture in Mexico, O´Gorman, narrates in a simple and moving way his encounters with art personalities and politicians of post-revolutionary Mexico, his work legacy, the occasional censure and details of his intimate life.
