A logbook of the research, design process and construction of the experimental ship Amereida that began in 1994 and was completed in 2004 by the School of Architecture and Design of PUC. The ship was designed as a floating workshop equipped with the needed infrastructure to do construction work in the most desolated places of the Patagonia. The ship has 25 beds and the living spaces needed to live, study and work for long periods of time; measuring 19 mts long, 5.50 mts (and extendible) wide and can carry 40 tons.
