19th century Buy-Sell Agreement contract, where four owners of the (gold?) mine "Raffahve" (Clemente F. Wood, Micael Gray, Jorge Bravington and Samuel P. Borrman) "sell and give in real sale and transfer of title for life to Don Enrique Davis Bacon, also resident of San Francisco of the Alta California" for the total amount of ten thousand pesos.
