Retrospective exhibition presenting 78 medium format and 4 monumental sculptures created from 1965 to 2003 by Gurria . The artist has created for more than half a century, monumental sculptures in stone, cement and iron, besides her smaller pieces using other materials as bronze, marble and steel. She also has worked in "integrations", sculptures in mountain walls integrated to the landscape. Harmonious geometrical and abstract pieces, full of movement and expression are a strong characteristic of Gurría, who became in 1974 the first woman to be accepted in the Mexican Academy of Arts.
