Pablo O'Higgins (USA, 1904, immigrated to Mexico in 1924 - d. 1983) was muralist, painter and printmaker and a key figure of the Mexican 20th century Mexican art movement, in collaboration with Leopoldo Mendez and Luis Arenal he organized the Taller de Gráfica Popular or TGP, to promote graphic arts and social conscience. The powerful and emotional lines in his murals, canvas, prints and lithographs of Mexico's landscapes and urban and rural life express his admiration and love for Mexico and its people.
