16th edition of a very popular early 20th century cookbook published by a famous refrigerated meat chain. In 1883, Frenchman Simón Gastón Sansinena installed, in the province of Buenos Aires (Argentina), his slaughterhouse and meat processing company. Eight years later (1891), the company became the Sansinena Company of Frozen Meat, elaborating an important variety of products under the brand "La Negra". The book includes one thousand recipes and photographs of the machines, processes, premises, advertisment posters and stores where the products were sold. The cost of the book was PsA$ 1 if bought it in the branches of the refrigerator or 25 cents more when sent by certified mail.
