Catalogue of two simultaneous exhibitions that present the prints by artist Dix (b. Germany 1891-1969) and watercolors by Segall (b. Lithuania 1891, immigrated to Brazil in 1932-1957), two artists who shared the ideals of German expressionism and along with others founded the Dresden society, Group 1919. The main topic of both exhibitions is how the 1st World War impacted each artist's work during a somber period from 1921 to 1927.
