Photography by three leading photographers of different nationalities of the 20th century. Manuel Alvarez Bravo (b. Mexico 1902), Henri Cartier-Besson (b. France 1908), and Walker Evans (b. U.S.A. 1903) were contemporaries who paths merged in the 1930's at an exhibition at the Julien Levy Gallery, "Documentary and Anti-Graphic. Photographs by Cartier-Bresson, Walder Evans & Alvarez Bravo". These exhibitions were decisive for the careers of the photographers. For this reason, the Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes celebrates Alvarez Bravo and his fellow photographers 67 years later in this exhibition with examples of the best work of each. Full-page black and white plates. TEXT IN SPANISH.
