This third number of the series is dedicated to architect Paolini (b. Venezuela 1949) comprising his texts and photographs of the historic sectors of cities around the Caribbean Sea: Havana, Panama and other historic landmarks in México, Venezuela and Colombia. The main text by Paolini was originally part of the previous essay titled "Caracas, una quimera urbana" (Editorial Arte : Caracas, 1975) a text that confirms the failure of the restoration, conservation and sustainable projects of the last 3 decades stating "Still today, buildings that contain history and memory are being destroyed, in favor of a redemption and urban image that is yet to appear"-- p. 10
