Raul Garcez (1949-1987) was a member of the group of photographers who congregated to exchange information and experiences in the photograph laboratory of the FAU-USP, between years 1970 and 1980. At the end of the 70s, he began producing photographic essays in black color-and-white. Pioneer in social documentation.
