Retrospective exhibition presenting 130 paintings and objects by Xul Solar (b. Argentina 1887-d.1963) considered one of the main artists of the Modernism and Avant-Garde in Argentina during the first decades of the 20th century. The show highlights the artist as a visionary, a mystic and his multiple links with the occult and esoteric aspects in better understanding the artist's spiritual universe. This is the first exhibition of Xul Solar in Brazil and the catalogue includes a curatiorial essay by Patricia Artundo, along with expert texts by Jorge Schwartz, Daniel Nelson and others.
