Retrospective exhibitions of the creator of kinetic art, master painter and installation artist Soto (b. Venezuela 1923-d. France, 2005) and his relationship with the Brazilian artists of his time. An internationally recognized artist, his installation objects and paintings are virtual elements that seem to interact with their environments (nature, urban space, etc.) placed in series that create sensorial effects of virtual movement and optical vibration. His work has been exhibited all over the world and he participated in the 1996 São Paulo and Venice Biennials.
