Collective exhibition where three artists of different generations and origins, Krajcberg (b. Poland 1921, immigrated to Brazil in 1957), Flota (b. Brazil 1959) and De Moraes (b. Brazil 1972) present their particular approach to the concept of landscape and its relation in space and form that have in common allusions to organic themes. The first exhibition Paisagens Ressurgidas presents Krajcberg "Totem", central sculpture of an immense piece of burnt tree trunk surrounded with his painted and burnt wood sculptures that deal with the artist's concern of forest fires. The exposition called Paisagens Secretas presents De Moraes installations made using oil and sections of grown grass, as metaphors of what happens with the emotions, concepts, codes and information that we keep inside of us. Finally artist Frotas exhibition Paisagens no Espaço presents his installations of repetitive tubular wooden sculptures, constructed overlapping and modifying the exhibition space that represent physical limits. The exhibition was curated by Denise Mattar. ENGLISH AND PORTUGUESE TEXTS.
