Photographer and graphic designer Verón, covered the same route the Spanish conquerors, and later colonial merchants, Indians and liberation armies once traveled, capturing in his b/w photographs the original colonial buildings, the everyday life, religious festivities, and postas (ranch houses) of the towns of Dean Funes, Quilino, San Pedro, Villa Tulumba, Palmares, Caminiaga, Chuna Huasi and San Francisco de Chañar north of the city of Córdoba in Argentina.
