The exhibition originated from the work of a new model of art school that began in 1997 at the Museo Carillo Gil. Artists for the specific project that produced work on nudes and landscapes are: Paul Birbil (b. 1965, Chicago), José Castro Leñero (b. 1953), Daniel Lezama (b. 1968), and Ernesto Zeivy (1957).
